Citroën Metropolis Concept

There are a few concepts that have made my jaw drop, but ones that make it drop further every time I see it froma new angle are very, very rare. My jaw is now in Australia, please return it if you spot it. The only fault is that the idiots at Citroën diluted the incredible DS brand with this monstrosity, when the Metropolis was sitting in some designer’s brain, itching to get out. They should build this, right now, without a single change, and call it the Citroën DS-M (for Modern). It’s just beautiful.

Delahaye Bella Figura Bugnotti Coupe

This is a rendering, but Delahaye have actually built a precursor, and apparently have orders for other models.

Autoblog: Rather than offering unfortunate fiberglass bodies for existing vehicles, however, the NJ company is building modern interpretations of some of those classic designs, with the intent to show what those legendary designers of yore might be building today. Take their “Bella Figura” Bugnotti Coupe above, for instance. Inspired by the 1937 Bugatti Type 57S, it's said to be a tribute to Ettore Bugatti's son, Jean. At least as it shows in these renderings, we think it is beyond gorgeous.

Georgia To Euthanise Lane Hogs

(Well, maybe not euthanise. But they should definitely consider it.)

Fuck cabinet reshuffles of talentless hacks by pig molesters, this is the political news I want to see pop up in my feed reader!

The Augusta Chronicle: ATLANTA — Legislation to fine poky lane hogs is speeding along with a firm push from the House on Monday after a quick debate.

The House voted 129-29 in just seven minutes to pass and send to the Senate a bill that would set a minimum fine of $75 for any motorist driving less than the speed limit in the left lane who refuses to pull to the right when a faster vehicle approaches.

I still have one of these under my desk, never got around to fitting it as it needs to be sliced and flipped. I will though, I will…

Trusk, Meet Wall

The truck’s doing 50mph. The wall is one of those security barriers in front of secure buildings. It would appear that they work.
