  1. Thanks JP! You wouldn’t happen to know who owns the tudor house by any chance? I researched it on the web before and found a little info about it, but it seems to be privately owned and although they seemed open to visits, details were sketchy. I’d love to see the inside, especially having just visited Ormond Castle in Carrick-on-Suir!

  2. Can’t remember who owns Myrtle Grove, but will find out. I always wanted to go and see it myself to be honest.

    You go into the Collegiate Church as well? Its also an amazing ancient building.

  3. That’s right, Myrtle Grove, couldn’t remember. Be great if you could find out! We found Mytle Grove while looking at the church, it’s one of the best I’ve been in, and I’ve wandered around a few.

    If anyone reading this ever passes through Youghal, for god’s sake go in. It has an incredible history, documented by the rectors and vicars, going back to Norman times. Norman!
